Change Last Commit Author

To change the author of your last commit:

git commit --amend --author="Mohammad-Ali A'RÂBI <mohammad-ali@aerabi.com>"

Replace the sample name and email with your own values.

For older commits, you need interactive rebase instead of a simple amend.
